Veransa-Organic Composted Mulch®
Our Composted Mulch made from organic composted hardwood bark that has been screened to 2″ with minimal fines. It has a natural brownish-black color without any of the chemicals or coloring. increases soil water retention, improves soil structure, increases organic matter and plant growth. This magical mulch adds necessary soil nutrients as it decomposes and encourages mycelium growth. The result richer, nutrient-dense soil that doesn’t require as much irrigation. This mulch is a wonderful soil amendment to mix into existing soil when planting trees, and shrubs, but also for gardens, and planting beds. The product is a great ground cover, helping to protect tree and shrub roots from extreme weather.

Natural Mulch Screened to 4″ Minus (Double Processed)
Description: Screened Hard Wood (no palm). Double processed. Uncolored and not composted. Our Natural mulch is a locally sourced hardwood. It is ground and screened twice to get a consistent 4 inch or smaller particle size.
How to use: This mulch is a “greener” material and best used to till and to prepare the soil for planting or around ornamentals and trees.

Description: Veransa Premium Composted Mulch® is made from organic composted wood that has been screened to 2″ with minimal fines. A natural brownish-black color without any chemicals or coloring. A great blend of compost & wood so you can feed your plants while protecting them from extreme weather, sun, & rain. This is the superstar of mulches. It is Organic, composted and naturally dark brown to black. A blend of cured, composted bark mulch (wood screened from Veransa’s Premium Organic Compost® blend). It is naturally a beautiful dark brown to black color that retain the compost qualities. Screened to 4 inch or smaller size.
Our Florida Organic Composted Mulch™ is free of treated wood, Arsenic, plastics contaminants, plant pathogens, nematodes, and weed seeds.
Benefits: It increases soil water retention, improves soil structure, increase organic matter and plant growth. This magical mulch adds necessary soil nutrients as it decomposes and encourages mycelium growth. The result is richer, nutrient-dense soil that doesn’t require as much irrigation.

Hardwood Mulch – 8in
Description: Hardwood mulch ground to 8- inches minus and includes fines. Please note, this is a much larger product than what you see in big box store bags but will last much longer in your backyard garden. Single-ground hardwood is locally-sourced, recycled logs ground in our tub-grinder. Though, mostly oaks, we recycle a mixture of hardwoods.
How to use: This hardwood is best used around shrubs and trees.
Benefits: Mulches can help battle weeds, protect roots, reduce soil compaction, and retain moisture. Due to the larger material sizes, this material has a textured look and will stay longer within the landscape.
